What makes GLO Health supplements different?
At GLO Health, we craft natural, scientifically validated supplements using pure ingredients. All our products are gluten-free, vegan, and non-GMO, designed to support your daily wellness and performance.
How should I store my products, and how long do they last?
We recommend storing your GloHealth powders, tablets, and capsules in a cool, dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not refrigerate these products.
Our capsules and tablets have a shelf life of 24 months, while our powders are best used within 18 months from the production date. Although safe to use beyond this period, the potency of vitamins and minerals may decrease slightly over time.
Sea Moss Gel should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt and consumed by the expiration date clearly printed on the product.
Can I consume GloHealth products while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Our products are made primarily from natural ingredients, and many customers safely use them during pregnancy or breastfeeding. However, each individual is unique, and nutritional needs can differ during this sensitive period.
We highly recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using any dietary supplements, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are undergoing medical treatment.
Important: For our Sea Moss Gel specifically, we advise against use during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless explicitly recommended by your healthcare provider, due to the sensitive nature of this product during such critical stages.

Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only ship within the GCC countries. We're working on expanding our reach, so stay tuned for updates on international shipping options!
How long will it take to receive my order?
If you're located in Saudi Arabia, you can expect to receive your order within 2–4 business days. For customers in the other GCC countries, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.
Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can easily monitor its delivery.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the issue is on our end.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, and Mada cards.
For flexible payment, you can also choose to pay in installments with Tabby or Tamara at checkout.
